Returns Policy
Our Warranty - we have a 14-day Return Window for all products except sales items. The return window begins once your package has been delivered to you.
Return Standards and Conditions:
- We gladly accept returns for both refunds and exchanges.
- Exchange requests can only be made for the same item and colour but in different / same size.
-Items must be unwashed and not put through the dryer.
- Items with excessive wrinkling are subject to denial.
- Items covered in animal or human hair are subject to denial.
- Items with strong odours or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc. will not be accepted.
- Some of our items do not come with tags so please do not be alarmed, however, if tags were attached when you received the item, please keep them attached.
-If you are returning your entire order, please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- If your return is denied, it will be sent back to you within 3-5 business days of you being notified by email.
